Architect:

The Plange Mühle is a former flour mill that was built between 1906 and 1934 and is a listed building. Ingenhoven Architekten converted the historic building into a high-quality office building in loft style. Strotmann & Partner was commissioned to clean, restore and conserve the concrete, plaster and brick surfaces inside the building. Their meticulous work demonstrated their commitment to preserving the architectural heritage.

Every detail was taken into account to preserve the authenticity and original aesthetics of the surfaces. The result is a perfect harmony between past and present, where historical elements live harmoniously with the needs and requirements of modern living and working spaces.
