Development and Implementation

Our company is known throughout Europe and the world for its consistent development of conservation methods and materials. This development is then adopted by other companies and institutions and serves as a standard in restoration.

Our company has 3 patents pending. We are the authors of 23 publications and articles as well as several expert opinions. We are also regularly invited to conferences, symposia and lectures around the world as experts in problem solving in the field of restoration and contemporary architecture.

We are constantly in demand in the field of artistic design of exposed concrete surfaces in post-modern and post-industrial architecture to implement the concepts and materials we have developed, as well as aesthetic and artistic solutions in architecture and interior design.

The following ideas have been developed and implemented by our company:

  • The use of flexibilised silicic acid ester 1995-1996
  • The Use of Historic Binders - White Hydrated Lime for Stone and Wall Painting Restoration
  • Dispersed White Hydrated Lime as a Binder for Injections, Adhesives, Stone Complements, Slurries, Paints and Grouts 1994-1995
  • Development of dispersed lime masses for backfilling plaster shells and for force-locking crack injection in the field of plaster conservation 1995-2000
  • Development of supplementary masses for wall painting and painted plasters and slurries 1998-2000
  • A development of conservation concepts for objects made of Drachenfels trachyte in cooperation with the cathedral building smelters Xanten and Cologne, as well as with the University of Applied Sciences Cologne
  • Conservation concept for objects made of marlstone 2002
