Restoration and concrete cosmetics of the staircase in the foyer of the 'Spin Tower' building, Frankfurt m Main, Germany
In the foyer of the tower, the imposing staircase was completely reconstructed by Strotmann § Partner and finished to a perfect result. All exposed concrete steps and seating elements were with the concrete-cosmetics eworked and upgraded.

The striking 128-metre hybrid tower called The Spin was designed by the renowned Hamburg architect Hadi Teherani. It combines hotel and office use in one building. The foyer with its huge staircase is a spectacular example of contemporary architecture.
Heavily damaged steps. Adjusting the recesses for the glass balustrade. Removal of the anchor holes.
All recesses fully reconstructed. All closed tie holes closed for a harmonious overall impression.
