Concrete restoration and concrete cosmetics, THE SPIN, Frankfurt m Main, Germany
In the foyer of the tower, the imposing staircase was completely reconstructed by Strotmann § Partner and finished to a perfect result. All exposed concrete steps and seating elements were with the concrete-cosmetics eworked and upgraded.

The striking 128-metre hybrid tower called The Spin was designed by the renowned Hamburg architect Hadi Teherani. It combines hotel and office use in one building. The foyer with its huge staircase is a spectacular example of contemporary architecture.
Exposed concrete steps with severely damaged recesses and anchor holes.
