Strotmann & Partner has the restoration of the white lightweight concrete on all sides of the installation by architect Sou Fujimoto. The exposed concrete surfaces have irregularities that disrupt the calm and minimalist overall appearance.

The "Garden Gallery" in the centre of the Cologne Sculpture Park enables a direct encounter with the art of the contemporary Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto, the master of transparency.
All exposed concrete surfaces have irregularities, holes and scratches. The walls need to be filled and levelled.
After the concrete cosmetics, all surfaces were treated with a matching, light and very fine glaze.
